At Colombia Live, we are dedicated to promoting the richness of Colombian culture through dance. We develop integral dancers that represent Colombia through local, national, and international performances and activities. Our team is passionate about showcasing the beauty and diversity of our country through the art of dance.
The Beginning
Colombia Live's story begins in 2011 when a group of Colombians decided to start a dance class to teach their children the Colombian dances and rhythms. It shortly evolved to two and then three classes as the Colombian community has emerged in Minnesota. This lead to the creation of Grupo de Danzas Colombianas.
